exporting from PC T'bird into iMac Mailmail

Could someone advise about the process for exporting a Thunderbird address book to iMac Mailmail? The export program on T'bird exports only in the following formats, it seems.
LDIF
Tab separated
Comma separated

If I can use these, which one should I use ?

You can export to CSV (comma separated value), then convert the CSV to a VCARD file. One free way to do that is to import the CSV to Gmail contacts (here), then once that is done export as VCARD from Gmail.

There are also apps around that will convert for you, but I have never used any one in particular.
