Exporting iCal to Entourage

Does anyone have a solution on how to export iCal calendars into Entourage?
While I like Mail & iCal, no-one else in my work-group uses these programs (nor do they use Macs).

I have found many Entourage --> iCal,
but no iCal --> Entourage.

Please keep discussion over iCal vs. Entourage and Mac vs. Windows to their appropriate forums. All I want is a solution on how to export iCal to Entourage.
