Exporting in Imovie HD (best setting ?)

ive got to get a 15 minute imovie project onto a 70mb usb flash thingy and i would like to know the best settings for maintaining as much of the original quality as possible, tried several options, either they looks bad or the compressing status bar said '252 minutes remaining!'

im sure im being really dumb and missing something.
