Exporting Mac mail to Entorage

This is my first post and I do apologies that it start with a question

I connected my hotmail email with mac mail and it importated all my mail and deleted the original - it doesnt look like I have any options in returing those mail

Since everything is on mac mail and not a very friendly format to us i bought entorage and want to move all mail there

how can we do that ? I want to export my mac mail information since its gone and the format its in i am stuck with and my server is empty

Appreciate the help
