Exporting mac mail to outlook

I have Lion, Parallels and Windows - all of which are necessary for my role. Unfortunately some of my colleagues have meiled me at my private email (on Mac:Mail) and I'd like to move them to outlook (on Macoffice2011). Is there a simple way to do this?

The short-term fix would be to forward them to your work e-mail from Mac Mail.

You can then set up a rule in Mac Mail, and/or in your e-mail service (iCloud?) to forward or bounce e-mails from those persons to your work e-mail account.
