I am looking to export a mailbox I have in mail to an excel spreadsheet that lists the recipients emails and names in order to draw a competition for work. I know how to do it in Outlook via: http://smallbusiness.chron.com/export-outlook-emails-excel-spreadsheets-41441.html this method but am working from home and cannot replicate this action in mail. It's very frustrating and I was wondering if someone had a method of doing this in Mail.
