Exporting my FLA file into a Quicktime mov!!!

I just got into this whole animating thing and I have a cartoon that I want to export into a quicktime mov. I can export it just fine but when quicktime plays it some parts become distorted and break away for the rest of the animation. It does this most of the time but every once in awhile it exports with no problem. Any explanation?
