Exporting Safari cookies

is it possible to export safari cookies to a pc machine? i want to export them to ie or firefox.

Good question, I don't know the answer. I do know that the cookies are stored in ~/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist.

They should just be an XML file that you can do what you want with.
