Exporting to MPEG-1 with quicktime

is it possible? I know MPEG-1 looks terrible and compresses badly, but unfortunately we have to support the lowest common denominator(some poorly written OS by this company in Redmond, insanely buggy if you as me but...) so we all but have to go MPEG-1.

I don't see any MPEG-1 options in quicktime, is it possible? How do I do it?
