Today I imported some free loops from the BBC radio one web site. They were in wav format but I thought it would be ok. Anyway basically I imported the files into garage band as you would an apple loop and this had the effect of not quite crashing the OS but coming pretty near. I was able to get access to the garage band loop library but the wav files were nowhere to be found. Have solved the problem in the short term by completely removing GB from the hard drive (This solved the problem instantly). But would like to find a more amicable solution. Has anyone had a similar problem with GB?
