Expose and Mighty Mouse problem

My Mighty mouse seems to have a problem with it. It will often randomly open Expose.... it's highly annoying.

Do you guys have similar problems?
 
For now, I'm switching to a Logitech mouse. Hopefully Apple will give me back my money for that piece of crap.
