Exposé keeps turning off

So when I plug in my wacom 12wx all of my Exposé and mouse Exposé stop working. when I restart the Dock my hot corners comes back but I have to restart my hole computer to get the mouse to work also. Jest to let you know the 12wx has a monitor on it and I have a 2.16 core duo MBP. Any tips to fix this would be a grate help. Thank you all.
