Expose not working

On my late '08 MacBook Pro with 10.5.6 Expose all of a sudden quit loading. All other apps work fine; Expose when double-clicked just does nothing.

Any ideas on how to get this working again? Spaces works fine and I can get to Expose features in System Preferences.
