Express T-Shirt

I was just wondering about something that I bought from Macy yesterday. I bought a T-Shirt from Express and it says "ENVY ON DELANCEY" on the front with new colors. The t-shirt looks awesome.

However; what does that mean? I searched google but didn't know any results on that line.

Maybe something to do with Delancey NY? A fashion thing probably.

my initial thoughts were that it was either a band (Envy) or DJ (Envy) playing at a club on Delancey Street (in NY). Googled this: www.myspace.com/oj_masacre
