Expresscard 34 for MacBook Pro

Hi guys.

Im looking for a USB3.0 adapter for the 34 slot and is there any suggestions?
I saw LaCie version but apparently its locked for their own products.

I do want a TV tuner but Im pretty sure thats useless here in the US.
Currently, I have a SD card reader but Id rather have a USB2 or USB3 adapter.

Any suggestions on those USB 2/3 adapters or for other products that are compatible with 34?

Also, people with the old 06-09 13~15in users and 17in users, what do you use your slot for?

You can use anything from an cellular modem to a CF card reader to USB 3.0, Firewire, Ethernet. The choices are plentiful.

Your 17" MBP should have the express card slot. I have a Sonnet 21 in 1 card reader in that slot, works fine:

I have the same one!
And I meant USB adapter that fits into the 34 slot.
Possibly USB3.

I guess official cards wont come out for a while...
And even if it did, it will probably be pricey.

Since there isn't a single mac in the current lineup that supports expresscard, I don't think hardware makers will be making new mac compatible devices, although I hope I'm wrong.
