Looking at the page I'm not sure if it's an IPS panel. I personally would only get an IPS panel. They're just much better. Dell sells some very good ones (which I own) but they are somewhat expensive. Although, if your just looking for a general purpose monitor, I'd probably go with an Asus or Samsung monitor. They are very good inexpensive monitors and are generally well reviewed.

Its an IPS LED 21" monitor from Asus. Only 149.99 on newegg.

Dell's Ultrasharp line is generally considered very good.

Another plus is that it has a Displayport input, meaning all you would need to connect to it is a simple Mini-Displayport to Displayport cable:
