Extend battery life

Hi guys,

I am wondering, what is best in order to gain better battery life?

Most times I am using my mac in places where power is available. So what is better ? having my mac's battery drain every time and after charge it or have it always connected to the power?

The best thing to do is occasionally discharge the battery to keep the electrons flowing. Its not a good idea to leave it always plugged in.
