Extend idvd 3.5 hour time limit

I am trying to create an iDVD project with a 4 hour and 5 min video clip. iDVD will not allow me to create the project as the length is too long. Is there a way to encode the project anyway and create a video ts folder (that would be too big to fit onto a dual layer DVD). Then I can take this folder and use Toast to shrink it in size and burn it. Thanks in advance.

Another question...could you edit the video ts folder so that you keep the menu from idvd and add video after the render process? In the end I want to be able to use the idvd menu with the 4 hour 5 min video...if you know any way to do that please post. Thanks in advance.
