Extended across two displays and separate space/virtual on third display?

I've got the following display setup on my MacBook Pro running Sierra. Two externals and the laptop display. Is it possible to have one space/virtual desktop extended across the first two displays while having a separate space/virtual desktop on the third display? This would be handy as I need to leave IM up on the third display while switching between extended virtual desktops on the first two displays.

Another question. Is it possible to have the top menu bar (Finder, app running, etc) appear on both displays when running one space/virtual extended across both displays?
