I have a new MacBook Air and have hooked it up to a large monitor. I previously had a Windows laptop and used extended desktop so that I would use my large monitor as the primary display (left) and the laptop display as the secondary display (right). However since I did this with the Mac, it's not functioning as much as I'd like it to - For example when saving a file in a program ie. Photoshop, the dialogue box opens up in the secondary display (Mac) and not the primary display (monitor).

Any help would be appreciated :)
