Extended Keyboard and Retail Store

Can one opt for the extended keyboard when purchasing a mac at a retail store? Thanks-

The last time I was in there to get a repair (probably two months ago), there was some guy running around the store throwing a hissy fit because they wouldn't give him the large keyboard. I would say that it probably means that they're not supposed to give you one, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask.

I went to buy an iMac two weeks ago here in San Antonio and wanted the numeric 10 keypad .... the sales person's polite response "you will have to order on line."
