Extending my bootcamp partition without destroying?

I currently have OS X Lion and Windows 7 installed via bootcamp. I am realising now that my windows partition is too small for my needs. Is there any way to make the windows partition bigger/osx smaller without destroying both partitions and starting from scratch?
