I have some WD external drives i used with Yosemite, and now i am on a MBA with MacOS Sierra i am unable to drag multiple files from external...

I select more than one file, but the moment i try and drag them, it only drags one.. This does not apply to internal SSD,only external drive

Have tried more than one file combo, and even tried other external drives used.

Apple tells me this is due to the new file system, and drives must be reformatted..

I have everything on NAS i can restore from, but i cannot believe i need to go to this extreme measure... The drives are 2TB each and HFS+ GUID Partition.

Has anyone got any evidence of this is true and reformat is needed? I'm trying to find proof of this before i go ahead.
