Without a doubt. Apple has kept the mains cables the same on its external power adapters for at least 20 years that I know of. But you could also use any less-expensive Type G (UK/Singapore-style grounded plug) to figure-eight cord available at Sim Lim Square, Mega, or anywhere else you might buy electrical cables. The only difference would be that the cord wouldn't conform to the Apple power adapter as elegantly as the Apple cord. It would still work just fine.

I bought one of these exact cables once on a visit to Singapore figuring it would be useful for travel but hotel rooms in Singapore and Hong Kong, at least, are flush with travel adapters available at the main desk. I have never used it. So if you've got a cable with another plug type available, maybe a travel adapter — which are like S$1.50 — will also solve your problem.
