External 4k Monitor via thunderbolt 3

I have 13 inch MacBook Pro 2017 and I want to use thunderbolt 3 cable to connect to 2 external 4k monitor @ 60hz. I have 2 thunderbolt3 to DisplayPort cables.

What is the hub I can use? I see some hub has usb-c data port, does that data port support external monitor?

Or is there any hub that can extend the thunderbolt 3 to multiple so I can plug both cables into the hub.
