Unfortunately no. I have 3 bays with 1TB drives in (one of which is soon to be a 2TB drive), and there is a 64GB SSD in the 4th. I hear you can use the SATA connection reserved for the secondary DVD drive as a HDD drive connection, but if that's the case, I'd rather keep it free for when I buy new drives to replace old ones and need to transfer the data to the new drives.
