saw this pic on the internet, was wondering if there was anything like it i could actually buy. where i live i only get about a bar of service, thought one of the antennas in the pic might help. so if anyones seen or heard of anything like this let me know please. thanks!

There are plenty of things like that you can buy, but none of them actually work.

Remember back in the 90's when every phone had an extending antenna? Did you know that those antennas didn't actually increase the signal on your phone? It was just a placebo effect. The same is true for this - it's not gonna work.

You can buy a signal repeater. They're fairly expensive and not portable though.
