External bigger battery?

So on ebay i saw this battery for the iphone4 called the "gold battery" or something and it apparently has 2430MaH, compared to the 1400 one the oem one has. I found this just by looking up if there were any higher capacity battery's you could just plug in the back, after taking the back panel off.

Ive read some reviews and they say its fake but others say it works but i honestly have no idea..

what do you guys think

It must be magic since the battery still is the same watt hours. lol It's is the same as any other iphone replacement.

The Apple store has a bunch of them, I'm sure you can find them cheaper elsewhere, but I'd be wary of getting any off brand batteries.

Based on the OPs user name and his luck with stripping iPhone screws he should probably stay away from modding his electronics.
