My MacBook Pro looses connection with Schiit Jothunhein and Metrum Pavane DAC ( digital to audio convertor ) once it goes to sleep and wakes from sleep.

Am I only the son experiencing it?

Is there any way to keep the USB ports on when Mac goes to sleep so the connection is not lost?
