Please forgive me but I am new to all this. I have recently purchased an Edgestore DAS401 http://www.edge10.com/digital_storage.php . I would like to know if it is possible to make it work with a Macbook Pro and a Vista based desktop.
So a few questions
1. has anyone pulled this off - is it feasible? is there a better alternative anyone could suggest?
2. is there somewhere where I can get instructions on doing this, if I need seperate partitions and formatting etc? dont want to destroy anything..
If this doesnt work, can someone recommend some kind of external storage that will be compatible with my macBook Pro and a windows based desktop, with a minimum storage of 4tb. any units or makes you could recommend?
