External display connected via HDMI won't turn on after restart(14" M1 pro)

I have LG 4K Monitor connected via Mac's HDMI port(12.2.1) on Clamshell Mode
Today I restarted my mac, but monitor wouldn't show anything until I press some keys on Magic Keyboard.
Monitor turns on without any issue after reboot when I connect my monitor with Mac's usb-c.
Is it normal? I just got my 14" M1 pro yesterday and concerned I got a faulty one.
