Hi,

I've been a long time Apple user.
I've always preferred external Apple displays, only because I press one button and the computer and display all turn on.
Thus, I've only used Cinema Displays, Thunderbolt Displays, and now XDR & LG Ultrafine displays.
Are there any USB-C or Thunderbolt displays that are Apple-friendly that does not require me to press a display power button, also will allow Mac OS software to adjust brightness that is not Apple or LG 24, 21.5, 27"?
Not having a power button is such an under-rated feature of Apple supported displays that I am not interested in any other displays.

Thanks

Well, I'll guess that's gonna severely limit your choices, isn't it...?

I'm a troglodyte (look at the avatar), but I don't have any problems "pressing the button" on the display to turn it on and off when required.

Actually, I -don't- usually have to press the button. That's because I keep all my computer/devices plugged into a surge protector on the floor. When I need to turn on the Mini, I reach down and turn on the surge protector, and everything else comes right on, as well...
