External Drive Cabinet? (cooling noise reducation)

Basically the we got a couple of Portable RAID units put in the edit suite. And they are a little irrating in that they produce a lot of noise, also the edit suite gets very hot in the summer.

I'm hoping to find a cabinet of sorts to keep them in which will keep 'em cool and reduced noise. Does anyone know of such a device?

I'm sure i have seen some before but can't seem to find them again. I don't even know what i should be searching for... Please help before the noice of two hair dryers by my feet sends me mad!

How about changing the fan if possible?

Sadly it's not user servicable and has a whole number of fans in it. Its a full on RAID server but in a smaller portable design with handles.

Does no one know where to get what I need?
