Hey all,

I have a 13" 2010 Macbook Pro and I recently tried to do the optibay upgrade. My problem is that I bought an external enclosure for my superdrive, specifically this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817145081

It seems to work fine, I tested it with a DVD, but I can't eject it! If I eject the disc using disk utility, the drutil command, or dragging it to the trash (or right clicking) it unmounts and then immediately remounts, without spitting out the disc. The slot drive (from inside the macbook) appears to have no eject button, not even a pinhole to force eject the disc. And there is a metal arm that has raised up and locked in place to prevent you from physically removing the disc (with tweezers).

Any ideas?
