External enclosure for internal DVD drive

i took it out to put 2nd HDD in. latest 2011 MBP.
can i use the DVD drive in an enclosure ? where to get one ?

I bought the external usb enclosure from Maxupgrades. It's kind of confusing to order, you have to select it from the drop down list of products. You can find a photo of it about half way down the page. I know, it cost about the same as an external DVD drive would have, but I wanted it because it looks like it was meant to go with the MacBook Pro, and it will protect my superdrive. It works perfectly over a single usb port. I've both read from, and written to CDs and DVDs from it. Not a single problem. It shipped quickly, and arrived in a couple days.

Get yourself one of these:

along with a second hard drive or a SSD.

Isn't that for a try load optical drive? Would it work with a slot load optical drive?

the first two reviews mention using it with drives taken from MBPs, so it must work. I like OWC's stuff, but some of it is overpriced.
