Hi,

I'm about to ditch my PC and buy an iMac. I have two extra internal SATA harddrives in my PC and I would like to use them on the mac. I could buy 2 external SATA enclosures but they are quite expensive (at least for FW800). Does anyone know if you can buy an enclosure that takes more than one Disk? I've had a look around and can't find one...

Thanks,
Mark Morb

Try here to get ideas of what may work for you and if you see anything you like then shop around other places like newegg etc.

OWC has a wide variety of external FW enclosures. I bought the enclosure only and added my own drives. They make versions with built-in RAID 1 as well.
