External Firewire Drive for OS9.1 and XP

Hi,
I will use a 160GB external Firewire drive on a G4/466 under OS9.1 and Windows XP Notebook to transfer data from one to the other system.

Two questions:
1. Are there any problems when I use a drive with 160GB or even larger?
2. How to format the drive and what is the tool doing this?

Does your external firewire case support drives over 120GB? Not all do.

Format the drive using FAT32 on the windoze machine, as Mac will read PC, but not the other way around.
