I just got a new external hard drive and it is formatted in NTFS (I think or w/e it is) and I need to reformat it to FAT32 so that I can read and write. How do I do this?

By the way.. I opened the disk utility and looked at the info on the hard drive. It says that it can't be reformatted for some reason.

Woah that is indeed strange... are you sure you selected the right drive? Not your computers one.

Yup positive.. I am guessing there is no way around this? Looks like this bad boy is getting returned.
