hi, my current user profile A has some issues, therefore i created a new user profiles B and thinking to migrate to new profile, but the only issue that i encountered was permission access in profile B, i couldnt save my files from this hdd after modification, tried different files and they were same, can you guys help me?

some other informations:
- profile A has logged out all the time
- this hdd is a time machine backup and backup is encrypted, is this matter?
- i still managed to copy file into hdd in profile B, like this attachment, i screenshot and copy into the hdd
- already set read and write for this particular file also and whole hdd, however, this file isnt locked at all!
