hey guys i have a western digital hard drive which i am using as back up it's set up with time machine but now when i connect that hard drive to other PC OR MAC it do not detect or sync and i want it to work on other computers how would i change that THANK YOU SO MUCH

PCs won't see it because it is formatted differently than what Windows uses, so you would have to create a FAT32 partition to use it with windows.

FAT32
  • Read/Write FAT32 from both native Windows and native Mac OS X.
  • No individual file larger than 4GB.
NTFS
HFS
  • Read/Write HFS from native Mac OS X
  • To Read/Write HFS from Windows, Install MacDrive
  • To Read HFS (but not Write) from Windows, Install HFSExplorer
