External Hard Drives

I am looking to get rid of my Fantom 120GB 7200RPM 2MB Buffer for a smaller, USB/Firewire powered drive. I am looking for same speed (7200RPM) and 8MB buffer with a size of at least 100GB. Anybody know some good brands? I looked on eBay and its all drives that people made and I am not trusting that. Thanks

Western Digital do a Firewire drive that is portable (powered off FW) and is 250GB for about $190.

I could provide UK stores that sell it, don't know about world wide and I can't find it on WD's site.
