Happy New Year Guys!
I am new to this website and I am having a Macbook 13, recently I have installed Window XP with the help of boot camp. After finishing the installation of macbook drivers I tried to hook my external hard drive in windows but it didn’t detected? My external hard disk is 1 TB and had time machine in Mac OX. So wanna know how to avail this feature to use my external hard disk in window.
Please need suggestion and thank you in advance.

Welcome to MR.

Have you looked in Disk Management (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308423 for how to get there)? Is the drive seen there but just not assigned a drive letter?

Were the drivers you installed from an OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) disc? The drivers you want were not available in Leopard 10.5.

Have you installed all the Windows and Apple updates?

Note that without additional software a drive used for Time Machine will only be accessible in read-only mode using the Boot Camp 3.x drivers.
