External Hardware Raid1 Hard Drive

Hi all. We're currently looking for an external hard drive enclosure with hardware raid1. I've been looking at candidates, and I've only found one that is definitely raid1:

Newertech Guardian Maximus

I've found a couple other enclosures, but can't tell if they are hardware or software raid. Does anyone happen to know? Any other suggested disks would also be helpful. Thanks!

The LaCie has a manual switch on the back, so to me that says hardware switch. As an aside, I picked up a refurb one from the LaCie store, save a nice spot of cash, and it's humming along like a dream after 3 solid days of transferring my iTunes library.
