Hey guys, I have 2 WD external hard drives from about 10yrs ago for my late 2013 iMac (I squeezed as much life out as I could lol) and they are both usb to usb connections.

I know I need a usb to usb c to connect those externals to the MBP but I only want a short 6” connection.

I have seen a couple on Amazon but they don’t seem to be for this use, seems more for fast charging phones, tablets, etc. In fact, one said don’t use them for hard drives.

I will not be using these externals with my new MBP M4 but still want to transfer stuff from those externals.

Can you guys help me find a 6” cable. I see Apple has an adapter but it’s $20 and I would rather have a connector instead of an adapter.

Will these links below be decent choices just to get the transfers done? Seems like it would.

Thanks guys
