External HDD for iMac

Have been looking around and found this at a great price!

Will use it with time machine to backup my iMac. What do people think?

I have been using two of these as time machine drives for almost two years with zero problems. Very fast. Very very quiet and they sleep seconds after the back up completes. Highly recommend them.
