I have an external USB hard drive that isn't mounting on connection and isn't even showing up in Disk Utility. I definitely hear the hard drive doing some work and powering on once it's plugged in, so I don't *think* it's dead, but I was wondering if anyone knew some tips to get it back or maybe something I haven't tried? Thanks.
