External HDD problem..

After Mojave upgrade my external drive (USB) stop and start spinning every 10 minutes.
It stops and start again immediately.

No matter if I use ite or not, it still do it.

"Put hard disks to sleep when possible" not enabled.

I try to reset SMC -> not helped
Then I found this: sudo pmset -c spindown 0
Let see if that help..

ok.. not help.

If drive is directly attached to Mini it stop and start again immediately.
Now I use USB hub and now it goes to sleep.

Don't some external controllers have their own power settings? Which specific drive is it?

I can't see any power saving settings etc, in the feature list

In High Sierra there was not issues like that.
