External HDD solutions that use Mac Pro sled?

I am looking for an external drive bay, preferably esata that can accommodate 3.5" drives in the MP sleds.

I am sure there will not be a hot-swappable solution, but I would like to find something that looks like it belongs on my desk, that will house the easily removable drives. Anyone have any ideas?
