External HDs and Time Machine

Hi,

In my Mac Pro I have two HDs, one for applications and data, the other for my media.

Is it possible to back up each drive independently using time machine or can you only use one back up drive?

I may get another internal drive to backup the media drive using iBackup as the contents of that drive don't change very often and then use Time Machine to back up my application and data disk.

As far as I know, you can't use Time Machine to backup to different two locations. I know you can have it backup two hard drives, though. (assuming it is backing up to the same location)
