You can connect any keyboard to a Mac, even one with Windows keys. By default though your alt and cmd will be swapped around since the Windows button will be command. You can swap them around yourself in Mac OS settings. I am typing this on Ducky PC keyboard connected to a Mac, because my other "Mac" keyboard is currently connected to a Windows machine. It was too much effort to unplug it.

USB-C though will be an issue, unless you get an adapter to normal USB. If you don't want to deal with another adapter, then just search for a keyboard with USB-C. Pick the one that you like the looks and the price of.

Personally I cannot stand Apple's standalone keyboards. The typing experience is awful, even compared to the keyboards on Mac laptops. Your mileage may vary and you may want to sacrifice typing comfort because those pretty aesthetics are certainly worth the carpal tunnel syndrome when you get older.
